Apartment 3 is approx. 45m2 on the second floor and it provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. It consists of:

LOUNGE: this is a very large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with sofa that can be used as comfortable bed for two. Lounge has a French doors leading into a private balcony 8.5m2, which provides you with a magnificent view of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay, Okrug Gornji.

BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer chest.

BATHROOM: sink, W/C, enclosed shower area and a washing machine.

BALCONY: with table and chairs.

This apartment is air-conditioned.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas

For the convenience of all the guests we have no pets policy.
Also hosting parties or events are not permitted.

    The apartment was exactly what was described and we enjoyed the location of it. We were close to the beach and plenty of restaurants! We were close enough to the town but far enough away to not be bothered with noise. Our host was lovely and even picked/dropped us off at the airport. I would 100% recommend staying at this apartment and when we return we would even stay again! We used uber when we went to town and it wasn’t expensive either because it’s that close to everything.

    The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view from the side balcony. The A/C helps with the Summer heat. The unit is in the dining area and doesn't cool the bedroom off as much as I had hoped, but there is a fan there to assist. Obviously, the view comes with a cost. You have to walk uphill to the apartment. So be prepared for the steep roads. I did not find Uber to be 100% reliable. Prebooking helped a lot. Lots to do nearby!!! Great place to stay.

    Excellent place to stay—lovely views on quiet side of town, with more lively old town 10min walk. Fred very helpful & responsive. Apartment clean & comfortable throughout.

    I would absolutely stay here again. Great location, wonderful view, and a wonderful host.
    If you’re having trouble deciding between the places to stay around Trogir, stop looking and book here!

    We had a fantastic stay at the yellow house, Fred was very welcoming & gave us alot of recommendations on things to see & do.
    The views from the balcony were amazing & it was a very peaceful location but near enough that lots of things were walkable.
    The place was very clean & had everything we needed.
    Thanks again Fred, we will definitely be back in the future 😊
