Apartment 3 is approx. 45m2 on the second floor and it provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. It consists of:

LOUNGE: this is a very large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with sofa that can be used as comfortable bed for two. Lounge has a French doors leading into a private balcony 8.5m2, which provides you with a magnificent view of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay, Okrug Gornji.

BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer chest.

BATHROOM: sink, W/C, enclosed shower area and a washing machine.

BALCONY: with table and chairs.

This apartment is air-conditioned.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas

For the convenience of all the guests we have no pets policy.
Also hosting parties or events are not permitted.

    We stayed at Predrag’s Yellow house for a whole month. We couldn’t have picked a better place . It felt like home , walking distance to Trogir old town , and the beautiful beach just steps away .The apartment had everything we needed, with a beautiful balcony and amazing view. Thank you to Predrag for his hospitality, very helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

    We spent a week at Fred’s place. The apartment was very stylish, comfortable, quiet and equipped in all necessities. View from the balcony on the open see was lovely. We saw dolphin once.
    Walk to Trogir’ Old Town takes only 15 minutes.
    There’s lots to see on the Ciovo island and to enjoy beaches with easy access to the see.
    Fred was very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations.
    We truly enjoyed our stay at ‘Yellow House’ and thinking of coming back one day.

    We had a truly wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful – he picked us up quickly upon arrival, showed us the local shops and restaurants, and took the time to explain how to use the ferry and taxis, as well as where to go and what to explore in the area.
    The apartment was absolutely beautiful – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with fresh bed linens and towels. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and cold water, which was such a lovely touch after a day of traveling.
    We felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated everything. We would love to come back again!
